DG Psychotherapy offers counselling, psychotherapy and life coaching from two office locations (Muskoka and Caledon) both in person and via accredited & insured Telehealth services, which can be provided remotely, anywhere in the world.

We enable individuals to accept the realities of their lives without judgement or deprecation. By creating solid foundations for our clients we help them discover the aspects of their lives they find fulfilling, and eliminating or changing those which are holding them back. We want our clients to have more meaningful, contented and joyous lives.
